ShelterLogic 80012 Peak Style Shelter ShedI live in an apartment complex without covered or indoor parking. I wanted to keep my baby ('07 Goldwing) protected from the weather and dry when it rains. There is a private "patio" with privacy hedges along the front of the two story town houses that's just enough bigger than the shelter that I can get around it easily. It is very well built, the materials appear to be of good quality, durable and absolutely waterproof. It's fairly easy to assemble even alone. I started inside but quickly moved outside while it would fit through the door. It's well protected from the wind by the hedges, so it's free standing. I didn't think the landlord would appreciate holes in the concrete for the anchors. There have been some nasty thunderstorms with high winds and it hasn't moved. Not mfg's fault but there were a lot of sections of the tube frame missing " Overall ShelterLogic 80012 Peak Style Shelter Shed a great unit and I would definitely recommend it if you are just looking for a basic hood.
